Warranty is been provided for each and every hardware peripherals as per the manufacturing company’s policy through their appropriate vendors or if bought through It Mandee.

All products carry warranty from date of manufacturing. Our customer has to confirm the expiry date of warranty from respective vendor or It Mandee. However we try to give warranty from the date of our sales, but we are not bound for some particular products. Term Warranty defines for a product only if it is been proven confirm faulty or problematic. If that occurs customers are bound to get that rectified. It can get repaired if it’s a minor problem or replaced in worst cum worst situation.

Customers have to keep patience until and unless faulty peripherals are under process of warranty. No such standby product will be provided by that time.

Warranty is only feasible only if proper purchase proof is provided i.e. Purchase Bill / Challans, to its appropriate dealers. If any of the products is tampered, physically damaged or burnt, in that case warranty gets void.

All warranty Items received would normally be repaired and / or replaced within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of material at the repair center of its individual product. However, such period may extend till 30 days. In case any repair / replacement are not completed within the above-stipulated period of 30 days; 'Vendor' will issue suitable Credit Note.

The value of credit would be based on present market value at the date of 30th day (and not the original cost) of the product and after deducting there from proportionate value for the period of warranty expired and other considerations. Particular decision of 'dealer' for such valuation would be final and binding.

It may be noted that credit note would be issued only after receipt of balance material related with the products (like accessories) if already not received at our end and required documents including our original RMA receipt. In case of non-receipt of accessories/manuals credit note would be issued after deducting the amount towards the same.

Please note the following items are not covered under warranty. However, these items may be procured from our end at a charge, if available. Such Accessories Includes Power Adapters, Speakers, Remote Control, Remote Control, Cables, Software CD’s, and Connectors, Media (Floppies, Zip Media, and Writeable CD's) or cartridges.
